Invite and manage members

Give teammates the access they need and manage outstanding invitations.

Send an invitation

    Open Team settings

    Make sure the intended team is active, then open its settings.

  2. 2

    Choose Invite member

    Enter the teammate's email address and choose a role.

  3. 3

    Send the invitation

    The recipient receives an email with an acceptance link.

  4. 4

    Track pending invitations

    Review expiry details or revoke an unused invitation from Team settings.

Existing accounts

The invitation must be accepted by the same email address that was invited.

Change or remove access

Owners and admins can change roles and remove eligible members. Owners can assign the owner role. Removing a member takes effect immediately, but it does not delete the team or its monitoring history.
