Alerts
Configure site alerts
Choose what should notify your team and where each event should go.
Available events
| Event | When it is sent |
|---|---|
| Site down | A sequence of failures is confirmed and a new incident opens |
| Recovery | A successful check resolves an active incident |
| Slow response | Response time crosses the configured threshold |
Slow-response alerts are off by default. The threshold accepts 1,000 to 60,000 milliseconds and defaults to 5,000 milliseconds.
Route events to integrations

Create a team integration
Add at least one reusable destination in Team settings > Integrations.

Open the site
From Sites, choose the monitor and find Alert settings.

Select destinations
Enable each integration that should receive alerts for this site.

Choose events
For each destination, select down, recovery, and slow-response delivery as needed.

Save
Confirm the success message before leaving the page.
